Renewal Deadlines

How and When to Renew

Spotlight will always let current members or their agent know by email/SMS, when it is time to renew your membership. We are scaling back our postal contact so please always keep us informed of your current email address and mobile number.

During the appropriate renewal period you can renew your membership online at www.spotlight.com/renew/

Actresses

Actresses are alerted at the beginning of March each year.

Renewing with a new photograph for the book - 15th April
Renewing using the same photograph for the book - 1st May

Actors

Actors are alerted at the beginning of September each year.

Renewing with a new photograph for the book - 15th October
Renewing using the same photograph for the book - 1st November

Dancers

Dancers are alerted at the beginning of May each year.

The deadline to renew Dancers membership is the 15th June

Graduates

An appearance in Spotlight Graduates is a one-off occasion.

Only final year graduates from schools who are members of Drama UK can appear from mid-September each year.

The deadlines are as follows:

• 2-3 year Graduate Acting Course 15th October
• 2-3 year Graduate Musical Theatre Course 15th October
• 1-2 year Postgraduate Acting Course / Musical Theatre Course 24th November

Presenters

Presenters are alerted the beginning of June each year.

The deadline to renew Presenters membership is the 10th July

Children & Young Performers

Children & Young Performers are not yet able to renew online.
Postal membership renewals are sent out at the end of August each year direct to agencies and schools.

The deadline to renew Children & Young Performers membership is the 15th November.
