Paris, 1923. Isadora Duncan has an idea. To found a dance school in Italy. But where will the money come from? Most of her funds go to cover the exorbitant demands of her alcoholic Russian husband - Sergey Esenin, the insanely jealous, non-English-speaking poet. A dinner party must be organised in order to charm the money out of an Italian diplomat Isadora met last night. Lobsters! Champagne? Sell the furniture!
