A strong character actor and also very versatile Jeff has been cast in several films playing the lead in Crossfire and with his most resent role being for the BBC in which he was cast as a Detective Chief Inspector.He has also appeared in many theatre productions including Abigail's Party playing Toni "Jeff Longland acquired detail in his character unobtrusively and his compelling presence in the later scenes more than hinted of domestic violence."(Plays International). The Laramie Project in which he played three different roles, his most notable performance of the three being his portrayal of Doc O'Conner. In Terrorism by The Presnyaku Brothers he again played several roles including the hilarious show stealing Psychiatrist. Other performances include Derek in Brighton Beach Scumbags and Barry in The Dumb Show.Jeff also took some time out and worked behind the camera on several big features.
