Affordable Acupuncture has two different offers available to Spotlight card holders:
- Access to the Monday morning low-cost acupuncture clinic in Waterloo for people on lower incomes.
- 20% discount on standard acupuncture treatment at other times in their other clinics.
Based on ancient wisdom, acupuncture has developed through the ages to provide effective treatment for many of the stresses and strains of modern life, including:
- Musculo-skeletal problems including neck and back pain and stiffness, painful knees, sciatica, arthritis and repetitive strain injury.
- Stress related conditions such as tension headache, migraine, anxiety and insomnia.
- Digestive problems such as bloating, constipation and irritable bowel.
- Respiratory conditions including asthma, hayfever, congested sinuses and recurrent colds.
- Gynae problems including PMT, period pain and menopausal symptoms.

The Monday morning clinic offers affordable acupuncture at a huge discount. The fees are between £15 and £30 - just pay what you can. Normal fees at Waterloo are £75 for the first session and £55 thereafter.
