Their selection of meats includes: beef; lamb; pork; venison; beer-cured hams, gammons and bacon; and Norfolk Black and Bronze turkeys. They also offer organic fruit and vegetables.
Breeds include Red Poll, Welsh Black, Jacob X, Texal X and Saddleback. All the animals are reared to the highest welfare standards and every care is taken to provide the highest quality meat. Red Poll Meats ensures the quality of each animal's food and rearing from birth through to hanging the meat for maturation for up to four weeks.
