Browser Compatibility
We recommend the following browsers to ensure optimum compatibility with our online services. We've done our best to make sure that the public-facing pages are viewable on any system, but Spotlight members, as well as Spotlight Interactive users in particular, are strongly advised to use one of the latest browsers below for the best possible web experience.

Other Browsers
The Spotlight website was redesigned in late 2009 in order to incorporate the latest internet standards and technology. Consequently, some older browser software may have problems displaying certain pages on our site. Prior to this, our last redesign had been in 2004, and in these 5 years a lot has changed in terms of web technology.
Our current site code is based on XHTML 1.1 and CSS level 2 with elements of Javascript. You should get good results with any browser software which has support for these standards.
If you choose to use a browser other than those recommended above, or an older version, please be aware that these are not supported and as such, may not be compatible with all the functionality of our website.
If you're using a non-visual browser (such as a screen reader or Braille system) we'd love to hear from you - please contact us and let us know what you think.
Smartphone Policy
Should you choose to access our site through a mobile phone or smartphone - such as an iPhone, Blackberry, Windows mobile or Android based mobile - please be aware that we do not currently support the use of these devices and as such these may not be compatible with all the functionality on our website.

Performers
When viewing a breakdown, if you find that clicking on the 'Apply for Role' link at the top of the breakdown does not allow you to proceed to suggest your CV, this is a Javascript issue with your browser/computer and you may need to simply enable this in your browser settings - please see the Javascript help pages for advice here.
Spotlight Interactive
If certain elements of the page do not move or minimise when logged in to your Interactive account, for example the Hide Filter option when viewing suggestions in Advanced View, this is a Javascript issue with your browser/computer and you may need to simply enable this in your browser settings - please see the Javascript help pages for advice here.

If the problem persists and you are please click on the purple Found a Bug? button on the top left of every page, this will give us essential system information and a snapshot of the page you are having a problem with so that we can better diagnose the issue you are experiencing. Once your report is sent through to us, we endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
