Laurie has just finished the roles of Musical Director, Arranger and Ensemble for the new musical 'Around The World in 80s Days', commissioned by the Blackpool Grand Theatre, a production which Laurie created alongside writer/director Ian McFarlane. (GUARDIAN NATIONAL NEWSPAPER - Featured in their 'Guide on Saturday' "Don't Miss"; WEST END WILMA 4****; BRITISH THEATRE GUIDE 4****) Laurie was awarded the Gillian Lynne Choreography Award in 2017, having been part of the duet which won the award the previous year.
