Event Information
The Spotlight Conference 2025 tackles the future of talent discovery, honouring industry legends Debbie McWilliams (James Bond), Shaheen Baig (Adolescence) and Ben Frow (Paramount). Key themes include balancing AI with the human element in casting, protecting DEI progress, and managing artists’ digital footprints.
Sessions offer insights on commercial/theatre casting, financial sustainability for performers, and navigating government policy to foster a resilient, equitable industry.

Spotlight Conference Address
The Spotlight Conference takes place on Tuesday 21st October at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, 62-64 Gower St, London WC1E 6ED. Located in the heart of the West End, the historic, well-located venue is a 5-minute walk from Goodge Street tube station (Northern) and a 13-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station (Central, Northern and Elizabeth Line).
