‘Sinners’, ‘Adolescence’ and ‘Frankenstein’ among nominees for the Golden Globes 2026.
The shortlist for the 83rd Golden Globes has now been revealed, recognising all the top films, TV shows and – for the first time – podcasts that we’ve enjoyed throughout the year.
One Battle After Another and Sentimental Value are the frontrunners with eight nominations each, including Best Film and Best Female Actor for the Musical and Drama awards respectively. Sinners, Hamnet, Frankenstein and Wicked: For Good have also been nominated for multiple awards in the Film category.
In the TV category, The White Lotus leads with five nominations, closely followed by Adolescence with four. This includes a Best Supporting Male Actor nomination for Owen Cooper, who won an Emmy award earlier this year for his performance as ‘Jamie Miller’ – making him the youngest Emmy winner ever.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 11 January 2026, and comedian Nikki Glaser will return once again to host.
