Celebrate the positive impact of equality, diversity and inclusion through Creative UK’s new hub of industry case studies.

Create Diversity – Creative UK’s new creative industries hub focusing on case studies for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) – has launched online.
It kicks off a year-long campaign aimed at amplifying and celebrating the stories of great EDI practice throughout the creative industries. The stories shared come from us here at Spotlight and companies such as Sky, the V&A Museums, The British Fashion Council, UK Music and Framestore.
Creative UK’s aim to shine a light on the benefits and value of EDI in the creative and cultural industries comes at a crucial time. We’re starting to see more widespread social discourse, a shift to the right in politics, and the value of EDI programmes turned away from by the political and corporate worlds.
The creative industries sector has already made strides in regards to inclusivity and equal treatment, but there is still a lot of work to be done – particularly as many diversity metrics are starting to stall or go backwards.
