This year, our focus remained steadfast on empowering our members through every stage of their professional journey – whether that was through practical financial support, expert-led education, or essential wellness resources. From the launch of our inaugural Spotlight Conference to the expansion of our bursary scheme, the numbers tell a story of a community that is more resilient and connected than ever.
Here’s a look at 2025 by the numbers:
- 78 webinars: We hosted dozens of sessions covering everything from profile clinics and tax advice to script writing and accent coaching. Book your place on one of our exciting sessions in 2026.

- 50 insight videos: featuring wisdom from industry names like Owen Cooper (Adolescence), Jeevan Braich (Starlight Express), and casting director Carla Stronge (Game of Thrones, Kneecap).
- 14 podcast episodes: The Spotlight Podcast explored the secret life of agents, how to make your profile stand out, A.I. and your rights, and we answered your questions about Spotlight.
- 18 Tagmin coffee clubs run for agents, covering everything from regulations and accounting to submissions and self-tapes.
- 24 interviews: We sat down with actors and casting directors who shared their unique stories and professional advice for the year ahead.
- 19 finalists: took part in Spotlight Prize 2025. Congratulations once again to the 2 worthy winners, Scot Greenan and Polly Graves.
